Bring her a Pinterest board, a sketch on a napkin, or just a vibe — she'll take it from there.

How It Works
From your idea to a finished masterpiece in four steps.
1. Pick your treat. Choose custom cakes, custom cookies, or custom cupcakes — each page has a gallery, pricing, and a quick request form.
2. Send your details. Fill out the form with your event date, quantity, flavors, and design ideas. Inspiration photos are welcome — the more we know, the better the match.
3. Get your quote. Crystal will reach out within one business day with a custom quote and any clarifying questions.
4. Pick up or get it delivered. Pick up at the shoppe, or have it delivered anywhere within a 10-mile radius of 501 Elm Street.
For tiered or wedding cakes, we recommend reaching out 3–4 weeks ahead. For cookies and cupcakes, 1–2 weeks is usually plenty. Got a tighter timeline? Call us at (515) 277-2201 — we'll do our best.
